New Note Link Field Type
Added a Note Link field type to allow something like a wiki link, but confined to a single field, instead of appearing within a string of Markdown text.
New Redirect Field Label
Added a Redirect field label that can be used to generate a page that simply redirects a web browser from the redirect location to the primary location.
Links to Favicon Files Now Generated
When using the Export as Web Book function to export a web book as a site, Notenik will now check the output folder for the presence of one or more Favicon files and then, if found, will generate the appropriate HTML link elements to ensure that browsers find and use the favicon files.
