12.3.25 Markdown to HTML - O

The letter “O” will cause the variable to be converted to HTML.

Most fields will be assumed to contain Markdown code.

Wiki Links and Back Links fields, on the other hand, will have special conversion logic applied.

Also see the modifier for Wiki-Style Links - W. When generating external web pages, you will generally want to precede the o with either w1 or w2.

Following this letter with a minus sign (‘-’) will cause any opening and closing paragraph tags (<p> and </p> respectively) to be stripped from the resulting field (thus reducing the chance for possible conflicts with other tags).
